About TRIP

Projects and proposals are regularly reviewed (schedule) by the TRIP Oversight Committee. TRIP funded projects are reviewed for merit while all projects are reviewed for feasibility and resource allocation.

The TRIP laboratory is under the oversight of a scientific committee. This scientific oversight committee will review proposals which involve TRIP resources. The committee prioritizes projects, and can help with scientific and technical oversight.

Additionally, The Research Committee within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Wisconsin has designated the TRIP oversight committee to review all clinical and translational research projects (including pilot projects) for approval prior to dispensing funding for such projects.
