Molecular Diagnostics

  • DNA and RNA isolation from fresh, frozen tissue, formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue, and from microdissected tissue specimens.
  • Quantitative real time RT-PCR analysis of mRNA targets or DNA targets
  • New and customized assay development in conjunction with Prinicipal Investigators

Histology & Immunopathology

  • Tissue microarrays (TMAs) of paraffin embedded tissue blocks
  • Laser microdissection of tissue specimens to isolate cells/DNA/RNA of interest
  • Immunohistochemistry for established/novel antigens
