US Graduates

Applicants must complete an ERAS application form and provide appropriate documentation by November 7th, 2007 (preferred), including:

• 3 letters of recommendation
• Dean's letter
• Official transcript
• USMLE score; A passing score is required on part I (first or second attempt only)
• Step II, and III scores are not required for application

Program application preferences include:

• Application within 10 years of medical school graduation
• Exposure to pathology

International Medical Graduates (IMG's)

Applicants must complete an ERAS application form and provide appropriate documentation by November 7th, 2007 (preferred), including:

• Official transcript
• A copy of current and valid ECGMG certificate
• Dean's letter
• Official Medical School transcript
• USMLE score(s): a passing score is required on Step I and II (including Step II CS, effective June 14, 2004) on first or second attempt
• Clinical Skills Assessment (effective July, 1998)
• Permanent or J-1 (clinical) visa

Program application preferences include:

• Application within 10 years of medical school graduation
• Prior U.S. clinical experience
• Exposure to pathology

Applications meeting the above criteria will be considered based on the following:

• Medical school transcript
• USMLE transcript
• Dean’s letter
• Three letters of recommendation
• Personal statement
• Number of years from medical school graduation
• ECFMG status report

Applications will be reviewed upon receipt of Dean’s letters and candidates will be contacted shortly thereafter.
